About PAC

PAC bv was founded in 1993 by Danielle Jacobs and Colin Goddard. The aim of the company is to provide advice and consultancy activiites to health care companies. Whilst PAC remains a small scale consultancy company, we have established a large network of professional relationships with other consultancy companies to be able to address a wide spectrum of activities.

Danielle Jacobs

Danielle M. Jacobs, PhD has more than 25 years experience in the field of clinical research (GCP). Danielle has applied her skills in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies and in Contract Research Organisations. Main areas of expertise include clinical trial monitoring; SOP writing; training (e.g. GCP, regulations, communication skills, patient recruitment); project management; management of international clinical research departments; improving patient recruitment in clinical studies; and Ouality Assurance (management and auditing). In addition, Danielle has helped to build clinical research business units (strategic business planning). Danielle has more than 10 years of experience working on large, international clinical research projects. She has also helped pharmaceutical companies to create GMP-compliant quality systems. Danielle is a native English speaker who also speaks conversational Dutch and French.

Colin Goddard

Colin Goddard has been working in the field of automation since 1982. Having worked as a programmer, analyst, programming manager, IT manager and European IT director in a number of European countries, he has developed a high level of knowledge regarding the use and control of computerised systems in many high-tech areas. Colin has worked in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries since 1989 and has extensive experience of computerised systems in manufacturing, distribution and clinical research. Since co-founding PAC bv in 1993, Colin has consulted extensively in the fields of computerised system compliance regarding validation, software supplier audits, inspection of computerised systems, and helping companies prepare for regulatory inspections. Colin is a native English speaker who also speaks conversational Dutch and German.
